As a student on work experience, you will gain knowledge of the HR Administrator function within a small but busy Human Resources department.
- Scanning personnel files onto the system
- Review employee appraisals and create a spreadsheet with training recommendations
- Assist in the recruitment process, e.g. conducting telephone interviews
- Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
- Absence monitoring
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in the HR function to gain hands-on experience of the role and work alongside an experienced HR Manager.
