To support clients and the wider employee benefits team in their day to day requirements, including flexible benefits, group pensions, group risk and healthcare activities to ensure efficiency, competency and profitability within Connor Broadley.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality administration support to the employee benefits team
  • Build relationships with our corporate clients and providers
  • Manage own workloads and defer to line manager when workloads are high
  • Prepare for client meetings; includes annual renewal meetings, steering group meetings and financial planning clinics, using good diary management skills
  • Respond to client queries on non-complex pension, risk and healthcare matters
  • Process forms relating to new business
  • Request reports from pension providers, in relation to re-enrolment
  • Oversee group underwriting requests with our corporate clients and employees
  • Update personal employee details with relevant providers
  • Process new joiners and leavers to pension, risk and healthcare schemes
  • Oversee monthly and ad-hoc email merges to clients
  • To have a good understanding of the workflow and team processes
  • To ensure the back-office systems are kept up to date and relevant documentation is scanned and attached to the client file
  • Assist the finance team with fee and commission reconciliations on a monthly basis and any other administrative duties
