Research Assistant (Construction Management)

The aim of the research project is to identify available opportunities and establish a set of guidelines for improving the outcomes of craftspeople apprenticeship training programs within the UK's construction industry.

The principal duties will include:

- travel to conduct qualitative interviews 

- transcribe interviews 

- literature search in databases, review and document results, as well as aggregating interview responses

Skills required to to apply for this post include:

- experience in the use of qualitative research methods

- good command in written and spoken English

- knowledge of the UK construction industry

- analyse qualitative data using content analysis and other methods
