  • Load price changes accurately, ensuring all price changes are fully audit-able and traceable
  • Communicate all retail price activity to relevant stakeholders via appropriate communication channels
  • Seek to resolve retail price issues, ensuring issues are flagged to all appropriate colleagues and make suggestions for improvement
  • Load promotions accurately, ensuring all promotions are fully audit-able and traceable
  • Set-up and test individual promotions in the retail system as directed by the Pricing Specialist
  • Keep up to date with the trading/marketing plan to help identify any potential capacity issues
  • Seek to resolve promotional issues, ensuring issues are flagged to all appropriate colleagues and make suggestions for improvement
  • Constantly seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the retail price change and promotions process
  • Support the Pricing Specialist in sharing pricing best practice within the SSO teams
  • Seek to be a subject matter expert on retail price changes and promotions, constantly learning and building own knowledge base


About you:

  • Knowledge and experience
  • Experience of working in a data administration role within a large, customer focused organisation
  • Knowledge of IT Systems: Excel at intermediate level, SAP, RJ (Retail Java)
  • Customer Focused: seeks to understand and pro-actively meet the needs of internal and external customers
  • Planning and prioritisation: able to effectively manage workload for self
  • Issue Resolution: able to logically think through an issue and identify routes to resolution
  • Relationship building: able to build effective relationships across multiple departments
  • Communication: effective and proactive communicator, able to flex style as appropriate
  • Data Management: understands the importance of data and need for a high degree of accuracy
