The Royal Air Force Museum Enterprises Ltd is the trading arm of the Royal Air Force Museum, Britain’s only National Museum dedicated solely to military aviation and the history of the Royal Air Force.
To mark the centenary of the RAF in 2018 the Museum’s London site has been transformed through investment in new exhibitions, improved education and volunteering opportunities, and landscaping that emphasises the site’s importance as a heritage airfield. The work that we have completed towards this includes our award winning First World War in the Air exhibition.
- You will be responsible for performing simulator operator duties and carrying out retail work in the Museum Shop.
- The ideal person for this position should have excellent customer service skills, a friendly attitude and the ability to multi-task.
- You must be able to demonstrate ability to deliver exceptional visitor service, ensuring that the experience provided by The Royal Air Force Museum exceeds the expectations of all visitors and that they are delighted with our first class service and connected with our compelling stories.

This vacancy is a fixed term contract, working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day on any 5 days out of the 7-day week, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
