We are seeking to appoint an efficient and enthusiastic Finance Assistant to work alongside the Finance & Payroll Officer.
This postholder will be responsible for a range of financial and administration duties, including the processing of purchase orders and invoices, petty cash and banking. It is crucial that the successful applicant is accurate at inputting information and is meticulous in their attention to detail.
• Energy and enthusiasm, with a proactive and “can do” approach to their work.
• Strong administration and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with students, staff, parents and the wider school community.
• Is willing to cover reception when needed.
• A keenness to be part of the wider USH community, supporting whole school activities and events.
• A desire to help our students to progress and develop.
Previous experience in a school office administration is preferred. Ideally the successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of PS Financials, Tucasi, and SIMS, however training will be given.
