This is achieved through rigorous market research projects using a range of tools and programmes such as surveys, Patient Support Programmes, product trials and Patient Trackers.

We are seeking a Front End Website Developer who has the ability to work on all aspects of designing and creating our new website, followed by continuous updates and maintenance. The role will focus on fabricating templates and wire frames, designing a responsive website and being involved in back end development as well.

Responsibilities

  • Developing confidently and efficiently in the following languages/libraries (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Developing for both desktop and Mobile usage with a “mobile first” mentality due to our members base being mobile heavy
  • Developing, testing and evaluating designs
  • Presenting designs and wireframes
  • Agreeing timescales and specifications
  • Discussing and solving complex problems with colleagues
  • Making sure a design can be made reliably and will perform consistently
  • Maintaining product and company reputation by creating a reliable and easy to use user interface

About You

  • Computer Science degree or similar level of technical understanding of website design
  • Proficient understanding of web mark-up, including HTML and CSS
  • Confident with WordPress and PHP
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Must have an understanding of responsive design and best practices
