As a Civil Engineering graduate at WSP you will have the opportunity to work in our Development Infrastructure or Highways teams. These teams provide opportunities to work on projects such as a movie-themed entertainment resort in Kent, increasing capacity to the M1 Motorway, creating a new town bypass on the A29 and working on large scale residential developments with Persimmon Homes.

About You

  • Graduating in 2018 or have recently graduated with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject
  • Ideally have less than two years relevant experience
  • Passionate with the curiosity and creativity to identify and solve problems
  • Want to stretch and inspire us, speaking up about any new ideas you have
  • Want to throw yourself in from day one and put your studies into practice
  • Know it is important to keep everyone in the loop
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues
  • Confidence to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
