Due to recent growth of our divisions, The MCL Group (Int) Ltd is looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join the marketing department based at our head office in Southport, Merseyside.


  • The Graphic Designer will be responsible for cultivating on-brand collateral and requirements to support business outcomes through engaging designs and concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate stakeholders.
  • This position will be responsible for the design of stakeholder collateral, online design support, internal documents, sales collateral, templates, corporate reports, and coordinating external printing requirements.
  • Manage the internal image library
  • Prepare concepts and present ideas
  • Amend final designs to internal client’s comments and gain full approval
  • Liaising with colleagues from different divisions within the Group to ensure corporate documents are accurate and kept up-to-date
  • Edit company documents when requested
  • Design client reports including creating graphs and tables
  • Assist with social media campaigns
  • Liaise with printers to ensure competitive quotes for printing work

About You

  • Graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Proficient in industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Experience in online advertising concepts and social media design
  • Ability to work on multiple design projects
  • Work in close collaboration with the internal marketing and other departments
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver against business needs
  • have an eye for design and will have some experience in using Illustrator and InDesign packages
  • be a confident communicator
