Event Assistant

Assist with running the annual RIE Conference on Wed 2 & Thu 3 May. Hours are 8:30am to 5pm, posts available for either or both days.

This job role will involve assisting the running of a conference to promote research, innovation and enterprise.

On the day you will have a variety of tasks including:

  • Registration of attendees
  • Tech support
  • Aiding the general running of the day

This event will have a range of sessions and events running from live demonstrations to academic seminars. The attendees of this event will include external academics and students as well as local business professionals, alongside Solent students and staff.

Previous event experience or an interest in events is preferred.

Lunch and refreshments are provided.
