An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Customer Services Advisors to work in our Student Services Centre on a fixed term basis for 2 years.
Working in one of the largest Professional Service departments in the University, you will be responsible for providing advice, information and guidance to University of Southampton students and customers on a wide array of subjects, including student fees and funding, accommodation, graduation, careers events and ID cards. The role requires successful candidates to have the flexibility to work as part of our customer services team, and in a more specialist role providing financial information and assistance to students in hardship on a one to one basis.
The Faculty of Health Sciences is seeking a full-time Administrative Officer to join a busy and friendly team handling assessment matters for all programmes and education offered across the Faculty.
- The work of this team includes planning and organising assessment activities, through to recording marks, calculating results and making awards.
- You will need to have initiative and the ability to work independently taking responsibility for certain groups of students, as well as participating in the work of the team.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as are interpersonal skills for confident and effective liaison with students and other staff.
