It's supporting the team to deliver extraordinary events

It's the sheer variety of the challenges you'll face. And it's providing the support that can push things forward. This is what makes working for the Royal Household exceptional.

As an official Royal residence, Buckingham Palace plays host to a wide range of events throughout the year. From State occasions and formal receptions to internal employee events and meetings, the Master of the Household's team is responsible for their end-to-end delivery. As Events Co-ordinator you'll be at the heart of our operations.

  • Managing all event bookings
  • Use events management systems to advise on requirements, schedule activities, co-ordinate logistics and monitor timescales and budgets
  • Liaise closely with all operational teams and external contractors to ensure every event is delivered to requirements
  • Keeping up with a busy schedule will be critical
  • Effectively communicating event information to all operational teams and event organisers
  • Although your focus will be events at Buckingham Palace and St. James's Palace, you'll work closely with teams based at the other Royal residences
