A self-motivated graphic designer is needed on part time/full time basis who will work on a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, catalogues, product packaging, exhibitions and displays and corporate identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual 'brand'.

The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design;
  • Designing art work for imported goods
  • Working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD) and keeping up to date with emerging technologies;
  • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
  • Updating and improving Company's catalogue
  • Ensuring the website is user friendly for online customers
  • Answering and resolving online customers’ queries and difficulties in placing orders
  • Creating outlook email users at Director’s instructions
  • Resolving any technical issues with computers and emails
  • Designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs
  • Registering web domain names and organising the hosting of the website
  • Designing the website's visual imagery and ensuring it's in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client
  • Editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages
