- The role involves general administration and coordination across a number of core areas including recruitment and onboarding, management information reporting, maintenance of the HR Information System, HR policies and procedures and dealing with incoming queries to the department.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential, together with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, good interpersonal skills and a genuine passion to make a difference and provide great service.
- Previous experience of working in a HR Service Provision will be an advantage.
