This is an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Guru to work with a fun and exciting international catering business who are in the midst of massive UK expansion. They are looking for an exceptional Community or Social Media Manager who will manage the social media channels and content, and be willing to take on new and exciting challenges.   • Manage day-to-day social media conversation across all Social Media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Snap Chat
  • Provide a best-in-class conversation with all of our guests, both proactively and reactively, with our warm & friendly tone of voice
  • This includes responding to our guests via email and escalating guest feedback to our store management and operations team
  • Use your experience in building a social community to explode the size of the business community
  • Be a social media native - know what works best on different platforms and how to get the most engagement from our community
  • Be confident when responding to overly positive brand fans and negative commentary on Social - know when to respond and when not to respond and how best to engage with our senior management on issues
  • Support the Marketing Manager and Social Agency with promo calendar campaigns, content creation and reporting
  • Support the Influencer reach-out plan, using your creativity to build strong relationships with key social influencers
  • Support the execution of new store opening campaigns and events - be available to travel to UK regional cities for store openings

About You

  • A Social Media native - you live and breathe social and understand digital marketing
  • You have experience in managing a social community for a brand or business, or have built up your own social following - ideally in the restaurant or food industry
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - with copywriting experience or a creative flair with words
  • Experience with customer service or guest services a must-have
  • Hold a Communications / Media / Marketing degree or similar
  • Some background in marketing or brand management highly valued
