Due to continued success and growth my client has a super opportunity for an additional Billing Administrator to join their team.
To be considered you will have previous experience of working within a billing administration role in a customer facing environment.
- Manage customer billing enquiries in line with company KPI's.
- Identify errors and rectify issues diplomatically to ensure effective customer satisfaction.
- Carry out relevant reconciliations to ensure complete and accurate billing.
- Analyse issues, identify causes and implement robust resolutions.
- Negotiate acceptable outcomes with the customer.
- Produce MI reports using advanced Excel techniques and pivot tables.
- At least one year's previous experience within a billing administration role.
- Desire and passion to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Computer literate to advanced level (Microsoft Office and the Internet).
- A keen eye for detail.
- Interest in working in an IT environment.
