We are recruiting for a Independant Financial Services company that is recruiting for an administrator to join the client services team. This is a financial services team that work with the advisors in their day to day administration.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of client information and data for use internally and externally
  • Creation of system access worksheets
  • Support Operations and Client Services teams
  • Prepare client information packs for external parties
  • Generate client Investment valuations for external parties
  • Review system data for discrepancies and data feed errors
  • Prepare system access requests
  • Review and distribute received post
  • Ensure full audit for all processing activity completed
  • Thorough checking of own work to ensure accuracy
  • Interaction with internal and external parties by telephone and email
  • Feed back trends in queries to help facilitate service and training improvements
  • Ad hoc projects when required

About You

  • For this role we would be looking for someone who has worked within the financial services industry.
  • This role would suit someone who is fairly Junior within the FS industry and wants to progress
