My client a leading Wealth Planning HNW and Mortgage IFA Practice is actively looking to recruit a skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join their successful team within the Administration team. From an IFA Support financial background, you must have exposure to working within this sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential along with your ability to process new business on the IFA support side.

Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and well presented/formatted valuation data and client reports
  • Identify potential data errors that may impact on the client valuation outputs
  • Include accurate notes and commentary on income, withdrawals and contributions for all plans and investments where appropriate
  • Produce fund performance data for actively managed portfolios
  • Prepare pre-meeting documents, packs and letters to clients
  • Upload client documentation to Client Portal
  • Ensure an accurate and up to date diary system for annual reviews is maintained at all
  • Ensure all annual reviews are completed within agreed timescale, meeting both clients expectations and TCF requirements
  • Set diary reminders for administrators to ensure recommendations are followed through
  • Document outcome of all client review meetings on file and database
  • Liaise with adviser to ascertain client circumstances and appropriate approach for review
  • Book client appointment if required, sending client confirmation letter or email, and book meeting room if appropriate
  • Attend regular training meetings to maintain knowledge of existing products and services
  • Work to and strive to achieve weekly and monthly team productivity targets
  • Occasional ad hoc duties and holiday cover within the Administration Department
  • Operate at all times within the rules of the FCA and those set out in the firm's Compliance Manual and subsequent compliance memos

About You

  • To be considered you must be from a Welath Planning Administration background and be able to support the Administration function and process new business.
