- This is an exciting introduction into HR providing administrative support to the HR function in areas such as reporting, HR processes, accurate management of input to the payroll and ad hoc support where required.
- The successful candidate will work in a small HR team supporting two HR Business Partners and the VP of HR and will get exposure to a full range of HR functions including employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and training.
- You'll ideally be working towards CIPD and have experience in an office environment, ideally some or all of your experience will have been gained in a HR administrative role.
- You'll also have a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Outlook) coupled with Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
