Our client is looking for a junior graphic designer to create high-quality online and offline marketing materials in a variety of formats. The role is based at our Head Office in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. It is a full-time role but hours could be flexible around childcare or other commitments, depending on the candidate.

Our client is one of the largest online information resource for English-speaking expatriates in the world. We provide comprehensive, up-to-date guides, services and information across over 50 countries to help users find the information they need, whether they’re thinking about moving, need help settling in to a new country or are considering returning home.


  • Assist the design team in creating branding, sales and marketing collateral for the business in a range of formats - this could include corporate brochures, web pages, web banners, offline, online and print advertising, posters, signage, pop-up stands and logos etc.
  • Liaise with internal teams to discuss their requirements - and help to resolve any issues related to the work produced
  • Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements and brand values of the business
  • Attend regular training events and courses to further your knowledge and expertise
  • Assist in the creation of digital design work, including display banners, website mock-ups and infographics
  • Help to produce internal sales and marketing material to promote the business and generate sales

About You

  • Degree in graphic or web design preferable
  • Good working knowledge of the whole Adobe Creative Suite
  • A passion for creating stunning visuals
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Up to date knowledge of the latest design trends
  • Creative flair and a good eye for detail
  • Strong portfolio which shows experience with a range of programs and materials
  • An understanding and familiarity with UX design would be a bonus
  • Experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential
