This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacture who have been in operation for over 30 years and is continuing to expand its ever-growing organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing weekly payroll for payment for the companies 200+ employees
  • Checking employee's hours worked
  • Calculating overtime and any other payments due
  • Calculating holiday pay
  • Data entry
  • Keeping accurate records
  • Producing reports
  • Recording and analysing data
  • Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required

About You

  • Previous experience as Payroll Administrator, Payroll Assistant, Payroll Clerk, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar.
  • Sage Payroll experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Organised and able to work accurately
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail

Benefits

  • Basic competitive starting salary of £18,000-£20,000
  • 8.30am - 5pm, Monday-Thursday, 8.30am-3.30pm on Fridays
  • 2% pension scheme
