Accounts Administrator with excellent interpersonal communication skills is needed for a 1-year maternity cover contract with a well-established residential lettings agency, to be based in Finchley Road (London).
They offer full lettings and property management services, including furnishing packages, refurbishment and interior design.
With international offices in China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia and Singapore, their clients include FTSE and Fortune 500 companies.
They are now on the lookout for an Accounts Administrator to join their team.
- Checking new tenancies entered into their property management system
- Updating their system with new tenancies
- Making payments to contractors
- Entering contractor invoices
- Following up on outstanding invoices
- Handling general client account queries over the phone & by email
- Preparing quarterly non-resident landlord tax submission
- Carrying out general administrative task
- Training on preparing tax submissions will be provided.
- There is opportunity for this to become a full time role within the department.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written)
- Capable of handling large volumes of queries
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Highly organised
- Background in accounting (advantageous)
