This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and enthusiastic Film and Design Production Assistant to join an internal Creative team.

The team is responsible for developing in-house film and artwork requests to support the business with their needs. You’ll have an important role to play to organise, administer and support the rest of the team. 


  • Complete basic administration such as scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, creating meeting agendas, and circulating minutes from meetings
  • Support the Artworker with brand queries and basic design requests
  • Help the Camera Operator and Editor on shoot days which could include setting up equipment, loading and unloading equipment and working with contributors
  • Helping to schedule shoots by arranging store and depot visits
  • Make sure that all purchase orders are arranged to be raised in an accurate and timely way
  • Maintain the internal film platform, including uploads and deletions and library maintenance
  • Deal with the internal film platform trouble shooting and set up new users
  • Support in buying props for film shoots and research
  • Day to day support to undertake basic filming and editing
  • Conversions of film files and dvd duplications
  • Support with photo shoots
  • Occasional travel and you will need to accompany other colleagues from the Creative team to film shoots in other locations

About You

  • This is an entry level role for an enthusiastic, highly organised individual with a creative streak
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management, organisational and communication skills
  • Good level of PC literacy including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Capable of working under pressure, to tight deadlines and in an agile way
  • It’s essential for you to be confident working with people from all levels of the business and liaising with external contracts
  • Strong administration skills
  • Have a real passion for creativity and film making
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe Premiere
  • Basic filming and editing knowledge is advantageous
  • Able to share how you’ve inputted into creative projects from concept to delivery 
  • An experience or background in photography would be desirable
  • Full UK driving licence and a car is essential
