- Process and administer all aspects of the monthly Payroll, including pensions and auto enrolment
- Administration of the holiday, sickness, and flexible working systems
- Ensure all income is posted accurately and in accordance with deadlines
- Perform monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts and update cash flow forecast
- Petty cash
- VAT Returns
- Experience of running pensions (auto enrolment) and payroll systems including HMRC submissions
- Experience of accounts preparation and liaising with external auditors
- Experience of Bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
- Excel skills
- Good organisational skills
