Customer Service Advisor
West Quay Limited is one of the South's leading Mail Order Response Handling and Fulfilment Services providers.
- We require a part-time Customer Service Advisor to take inbound calls only.
- The hours are one evening per week 4.00pm to 8.00pm and Saturday and Sunday 9.00am to 5.00pm (we could be flexible on start and finish time at weekends). Must be able to commit to training during weekdays initially.
- We provide customer service for several different clients and therefore you will be dealing with a variety of products throughout your working day, taking customer orders and dealing with customer queries.
- Strong computer skills (you will be using several systems to access customer accounts)
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, as we deal in product personalisation (good spelling is essential).
