My client is looking for a highly organised and dynamic Insurance Sales Support Administrator to join their organisation based in the heart of Haywards Heath.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Quotes (Medical, Life/PA)
  • New Business Implementations
  • Processing new business applications
  • Renewal of the portfolio of business
  • Maintaining renewal and new business reporting procedures
  • Research and identification of new business opportunities
  • Supporting partners with their enquiries
  • Supporting the Business Development Manager on new initiatives
  • Liaising with clients through email and written correspondence


About You

  • Proven insurance or financial services experience
  • Knowledge of FCA and TCF
  • Highly motivated
  • High level of attention to detail with excellent numerical and communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to build strong relationships with insurers and brokers
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Confident & Professional telephone manner
  • Previous sales experience an advantage
