A financial services firm based in Essex seek fantastic customer service based administrators to join a very busy team, supporting customers.
- Working within their Underwriting Department you will be given full training for this role.
- You will be offering a helpful and friendly point of contact to all customers to assist in processing customer applications, responding to their emails and telephone communications.
- You must have the ability to learn the processes and be up to speed quickly with all regulations.
- It is essential that you have excellent communication over the telephone, strong written communication, accurate attention to detail, strong interpersonal, good negotiation and listening skills, with the ability to adapt successfully to every customer.
