Reed are proud to be working exclusively with a growing company based in West Thurrock, who are looking to appoint and individual into a newly created PO Administrator role. This is a great opportunity to establish yourself within a hard working and friendly finance team. This position will require someone who has a good eye for detail and someone who has worked within a fast paced and busy finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Chase missing or incorrect purchase orders when rejection emails/letters are received.
  • Purchase Order number entry - using different processes depending on when the PO is obtained.
  • Releasing invoicing for the managed accounts which are PO related and ensuring the process for each account is followed.
  • Editing the Purchase Order numbers on invoices.
  • Contacting customers via telephone and email.

About You

  • Due to location you must be a driver with your own car.
  • The ideal applicant would have worked with PO numbers within a similar role and have a good attention to detail along with possessing intermediate Excel levels.
