We are recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to work in a long-term opportunity for an accounting practice firm based in Central London.

Responsibilities

  • Entering information on to the computer system:
  • Invoicing;
  • Bank reconciliation;
  • Raising queries;
  • Liaising with accountants and team members;
  • Associated finance administration;
  • Posting cash payments and receipts, bank reconciliations, reconciling inter-company balances;
  • Process and check expenses, prepare quarterly VAT returns, calculating accruals and prepayments;

About You

  • Have previous working knowledge as a Finance administrator;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Great attention to detail
