An excellent opportunity for a good administrator to provide data entry skills to assist the Finance team who provide credit control services to this corporate Insurance Co, based in Chelmsford, Essex

Responsibilities

  • The role will be to input and monitor data to ensure database information is current and accurate for use of credit control
  • Highlight any irregularities
  • Assist in optimising processes to ensure effective and efficient transaction processing.

About You

  • Would suit a Graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • Relevant work experience preferable
  • A high level of numeracy and literacy
  • Strong organisational and analytical skill with an ability to prioritise
  • Be able to adjust to change.
  • Good communication skills
  • Preferably you will have a knowledge or understanding of Finance / Accounting and or Insurance
