Work Shadowing: IT Architect & IT Capability Managers

An OSS Capability Manager, manages the governance and strategic solution for a number of OSS tools. They work with a managed service who do the delivery; and the support teams who manage the run and operate function. They also get involved in solutions and work closely with IT architects and stakeholders.
IT Architects cover a wide range of skills and capabilities; including, designing, problem solving and systems/business analysis.
