Performance Analyst required for a permanent position based on site in Camberley!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of high level and detailed comprehensive business and operational support
  • Management and production of key Asset and Service Line Compliance information for the South East Region
  • Provision of reporting and support to Operations for jeopardy management of operational performance and contract KPIs
  • Identification, trending and targeted reporting of overall estate and contract compliance, including interpretation of wider estate management assurance outputs, and development of action plans for compliance and operations
  • Operational defect management to meet contract requirements
  • Provision of performance analysis and management information for Additional Services programming and delivery
  • Prioritisation and interface analysis against and within wider Compliance action plan(s)
  • Delivery of reporting requirements and response to information requests for Compliance and Operational needs
  • Provide assurance and support governance to these areas that will support monthly reporting, regular operational reviews and additional customer requirements that may arise
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Operational and Additional Services processes, performance, KPIs, etc.
  • Management and delivery of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and subsequent data analysis across Operations and Additional Services
  • Delivery of performance reporting, interacting with Area Managers to resolve issues, ensure accuracy and identify / implement best practice
  • Delivery of jeopardy management reporting to support attainment of contractual KPIs
  • Support Area Managers with Operations defect management reporting process and coordination of corrective action plans to meet contractual requirements 

About You

  • Excellent knowledge and application of Excel (Advanced) skills
  • Ability to present and highlight performance at local management meetings
  • Use of WorkManager applications
  • Educated to NVQ Level 2 / 3 standard or equivalent relevant experience
  • Full UK clean, driving license
  • Motivated - Self-starter, working independently and collaboratively to deliver service
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of estate management delivery and statutory requirements, with clear understanding of managing complex end to end processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills and able to escalate issues constructively
  • Computer literate, logical and analytical
  • Able to identify areas for improvement and identify solutions
  • Requirement for travel between sites and CA offices, including overnight stays
  • Able to jeopardy manage against a range / number of KPIs and performance targets
  • Understanding of client contractual requirements
  • Experience in a customer focused, high volume construction, property maintenance or related field within a NEC3 contract (Desirable)
  • Experience of operating in a MOD environment (Desirable)
