Events Fundraising Assistant
I am looking for a Temporary Events Fundraising Assistant to provide cover for a well known Health Charity.
The role will be based in their Bristol office.
- To support the delivery of our Running Events Programme
- To carry out administrative tasks and processes for the Running Events Team
- To support all potential and current supporters of Heath Charity through regular contact and communications
- To act as a first point of contact for external and internal stakeholders
- To offer outstanding customer care making use of the telephone and email
- To contact enquirers to assist with event recruitment
- The successful candidate would have experience of covering events inbox (Outlook) in a very busy period and carried out daily processes for the team.
- I am looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are vital for this role and knowledge of MS office in particular Excel. A knowledge of fundraising databases is also desirable
