A great opportunity for someone who’s hungry to learn about marketing communications, and/or develop their existing skills!

You need to love all things digital and be flexible enough to do a number of different things, including using artworking and programming tools.


  • E-marketing campaigns including: Research; liaising with media and suppliers; developing and managing schedules; reporting
  • Creating/sending of emails and e-newsletters using email marketing platforms. Reporting results 
  • Updating websites (Wordpress and other content management systems)
  • Support on AdWords campaigns, Google Analytics reporting and social media
  • Small design jobs including: digital ads; flyers; infographics; image manipulation
  • HTML email design and build
  • Basic HTML code editing for web
  • Reading magazines etc to record client coverage
  • Compiling client press coverage reports in Excel
  • Updating the media database
  • Maintaining our prospect and client database

About You

  • Willingness to learn
  • IT literacy including Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Excel & Word and Adobe suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Understanding of web coding
  • You must love the digital world…the sort of person who’s online and learning all the time
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Organised and methodical and able to prioritise your own workload within guidelines
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable
  • Flexible to take on a number of different support activities
  • A levels, or some further qualification
  • Good communication skills - excellent telephone/email manner (Desirable)
  • Degree or similar qualification (Desirable)
  • Understanding of marketing principles (Desirable)
  • Ability to think creatively (Desirable)
  • Numerate (Desirable)
  • Good eye for design (Desirable)
  • Great attention to detail
  • A flexible working approach and ‘can-do’ personality
  • The ability to prioritise and deliver multiple projects
  • Demonstrable ability to work well with others in teams
