Responsibilities

  • Manage, updates, maintains DM website content and copy
  • Manage DM’s knowledge graph presence (Google MyBusiness, Yelp, Wikipedia, etc)
  • Monitors Google Alerts for DM press, adds assets to site and social media regularly
  • Monitors site traffic via Google Analytics in AdWords
  • Provides digital asset management; coordinates with event photographers to get assets into DM’s archive, supports other departments and Krupp with assets as needed
  • Assists in social media strategy ideation and concepts
  • Coordinates assets (owned content + mood/inspiration) for marketing director/DM approval to be used on DM’s social channels
  • Drafts social media posts/assists with calendar for DM approval
  • Manages daily organic community management and engagement across all social channels
  • Regularly moderates Insta, FB, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, PartySlate channels; likes, comments, replies to questions
  • Monitors and analyzes social channel metrics
  • Assists on in-house photo shoots and content capture
  • Provides live social media coverage at events (eg: Art of Celebrating book launch, Fox News, NBC’s Open House etc)
  • Monitors social channel performance, reports key metrics (traffic, engagement, growth)
  • Uses Sprout Social, Hootsuite Pro, Iconosquare Pro tools to optimize efficiency
  • Assist at events onsite with set up as needed
  • Manages Marketing department workflows
  • Learns principals and priorities of DM operations
  • Creates expense reports and learn budget entries
  • Runs errands as necessary
