Responsibilities

  • Assists PR agency with asset requests
  • Assists in preparing media briefs in regards to publications or magazines interested in David’s work
  • Assists in follow up on press leads from PR agency
  • Contacts external brands for potential press opportunity i.e. One Kings Lane/Hampton’s/Westport/Darien product placement
  • Assist in preparation off and on-site, for press and non-press events
  • Manages the inventory of candles, both Curiosity & Winter, via associated spreadsheets
  • Manages the inventory and sale of Art of Celebrating , including shipping/courier services, as well as ensuring book stock is maintained Social Media
  • Manages the publication of approved content and press on the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, PartySlate
  • Manages social media scheduling and posting
  • Watermarks original photos for all social media outlets using Illustrator
  • Keeps track of Pinterest analytics and progress in PowerPoint
  • Assists in selecting assets for all social media platforms
  • Assists in managing Social Media calendar Administration and Office Management
  • Scans, organizes, and renames physical files to put into server
  • Manages existing files and assets in server as needed
  • Uploads latest event photos to Lightroom/PR drive
  • Screens resumes, schedules interviews, and assists in the interviewing of new potential candidates
  • Updates Salesforce with post event cross checking of partner and vendor details i.e. phone number, email address, point of contact etc Other
  • Assist at events onsite with set up as needed
  • Manages Marketing department workflows
  • Learns principals and priorities of operations
  • Creates expense reports and learn budget entries
  • Runs errands as necessary
