We require an Accounts Administrator to carry out all the day to day book keeping functions using the Sagle Line 50 accounts package.
- Checking supplier invoices to delivery notes, matching and in putting to Sage
- Producing Sales invoices and emailing and posting to customers
- Carrying out supplier payment runs, mostly on our electronic banking system
- Matching customer payments to individual ledger accounts.
- Producing and sending customer account statements.
- Regular bank reconciliations
- Chasing customer for payments
- VAT reports and submissions to HMRC based on Sage reports
- Salary runs based on our accountants reports
- General ad hoc help with our Sales & Marketing team.
