In this client focused business role you will act as a first port of call and provide support to the both clients and colleagues out on the road.
- Arrange and organise bookings for clients
- Arrange authorisation letters
- Checking requirements for extensions with customers
- Maintain records for billing
- Check invoices and attach all relevant documentation for accounts
- Provide support and assistance to the management team
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills on all levels, verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office programme and the ability to learn in-house systems
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Confident, proactive and customer focused approach
