Skyline Taxis based in Milton Keynes is currently looking for a new employee to add to their growing team. The position is for a part time General Administrator.

With a fleet of over 700 vehicles Skyline Taxis is the largest Taxi operator in Buckinghamshire, operating in MK, Northampton, Buckingham and very soon Bedford.

Established in 1985, our family run business is the longest serving taxi company in the area and we have achieved this longevity by priding ourselves on offering a professional, reliable, quality service.

This position would be ideal for an individual with varied administrative experience and someone looking for a new challenge.


  • General office administration;
  • Purchase ledger processing
  • Compilation and processing sales invoices
  • Processing bank and credit card transactions;
  • Dealing with queries and assignments of a special nature.

About You

  • A high attention to detail and a positive attitude to problem solving.
  • Previous experience of Xero or Sage accounting software would be beneficial,
  • Experience with accounts receivable/payable;
  • Proficient using spreadsheets and word processing and familiar with a variety of other software/cloud based systems supporting our ethos of a paper free office;
  • An ability to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines;
