Sports Development Officer
This is an exciting opportunity that would suit a recent graduate or individual seeking to join a County Sports Partnership as a full-time, permanent member of its Sports Development team.
- Working across national Children and Young People (CYP) programmes such as School Games and Satellite Clubs, you'll experience an organisation that will support your learning and see you contribute to the 2017-21 Sport England strategy; 'Towards an Active Nation'.
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject, have knowledge of Sport England and County Sports Partnerships and have an understanding of the importance of physical activity to people's health and an awareness of barriers to participation.
- They will also have a high level of capability in using microsoft office applications such as Word and Excel and will evidence a professional attitude to the working environment.
