Trainee Recruitment Consultant
An exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are currently looking to appoint trainee recruitment consultants across all three of our core sectors on both temp and perm desks. Whilst previous recruitment experience would be an advantage, we are also happy to consider non-recruitment sales experience, along with applications from dynamic and ambitious trainees.
From day one, you will be supported in all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing candidates, to recruitment sales techniques along with search and selection and business development. Although we operate as preferred supplier to many of the clients within our core sectors, there is tremendous scope for additional business development.
The Right Recruitment Consultant
The right recruitment consultant must be able to show a proven track record in either recruitment or business-to-business sales (not retail). To be considered for a trainee position then it is all about your attitude, personality and ambition to excel in a sales environment.
Applicants must be well presented as a core aspect of the position would be to meet clients in order to further develop business relationships as well as spending time interviewing and meeting candidates. Above all, you must possess a strong commercial attitude and be able to demonstrate a driven and ambitious personality that is motivated by success.
Despite core recruitment training being provided, we are looking for individuals that already hold the key attributes required to be successful and profitable recruitment consultants. This will include experience in target achieving, working with a dedicated client base, strong attention to detail, organisation skills and delivering a high quality service.
In the interview process you will be asked to demonstrate your key successes within your career history, specifically within a sales environment. You will also be required to provide a business plan based on questions we provide if you are successful in getting a second interview.

We offer a very competitive base salary, monthly uncapped commission and a quarterly bonus scheme.
