Our RPO, MSP and SoW solutions are tailor made to fit the focus of our clients. Services can be delivered on-site through a team of recruiters that act as an extension of the client’s talent acquisition team, off-site, or through a combination of both, across country-aligned, multi-regional or global remits.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
An RPO provider acts as an extension of the client’s HR function, providing an end-to-end permanent hiring solution. Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, the RPO provider takes full accountability and ownership for the entire recruitment process.
Managed Service Provider (MSP)
A MSP manages all temporary recruitment and takes responsibility for the ongoing management of the contingent workforce. MSP programmes will typically include managing all contingent vacancies, from workforce planning to contingent worker offboarding.
Statement of Work (SoW)
We help our clients gain visibility of their expenditure in Services Procurement and achieve compliance for their onsite Third Party Consultancy (3PC) resources delivering SoW based services.
