Work Based Learning - Re:So Social Media Assistant
Re:So is a student supplied and student managed retail space in the centre of the city. Re:So was created in 2012 and is a part of Southampton Solent University. We are currently looking for a Work Based Learning Social Media Assistant for publicising our products and events at both the Marlands store and the Solent Showcase Gallery in the Sir James Matthews building. The Social Media Assistant will support the Social Media Co-ordinator by ensuring Re:So is promoted online and that it gains a wider audience and potentially increased footfall and sales.
- Manages Re:So social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content Optimizes content Creates content that promotes audience interaction and increases audience presence Assists Social Media Co-ordinator with projects, launches and events Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction
- Adaptable to different tasks and willing to learn Highly organised and reliable individual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Existing or previous social media experience
