Gymnastics Coach wanted for weekly After School Gymnastics Club in a local Chandlers Ford School.

ACE Sports & Education are a Sports Coaching Company dedicated to providing Schools with high quality PE Lessons, After School Clubs & Holiday Clubs.

We have an excellent reputation throughout Hampshire and we are looking to acquire a new Coach to join the team.

We are looking for a Gymnastics Qualified Coach to lead a weekly after school club to Children aged 7-11.

The Club will run from 3.30 to 4.30pm every Thursday in Chandlers Ford. This will start on Thursday 1st November and run every Thursday during Term Time.

We will be looking for the successful candidate to shadow our current Gymnastics Coach for 2 weeks from 11th October.

About you:

  • We are looking for somebody that is a minimum Level 2 Gymnastics Coach or somebody that holds the British Gymnastics Teachers Award.
  • The successful candidate must have experience working within Schools & be confident in leading well structured, safe and fun lessons that can challenge & improve every individuals Gymnastics skill base. We are looking for someone that is passionate in Teaching & inspiring Children to learn through sport.
  • An enhanced DBS check will also be undertaken before the successful candidate begins work.
  • The role can also lead to further work with ACE Sports & Education through more After School Clubs, PE Lessons and regular work on our Easter & Summer Holiday Sports Clubs.
  • We are also looking for somebody to assist one of our Experienced Coaches regularly on Tuesday afternoons too, 3.15 to 4.15pm in Southampton.

Generally, students studying towards a degree level qualification (NQF6) or above are restricted to a maximum of 20 hours work per week during term time, which is reduced to 10 hours per week for students studying below degree level.
