Situated just a couple of miles inland from Southampton's famous docks and the coast, Hampton Lodge is a purpose-built home established in the early 1980s, providing high quality and dedicated nursing and residential dementia care for up to 44 people.
With its quiet library, shared lounges and landscaped grounds, a welcome sense of community is fostered here.
Inside, the private bedrooms are well decorated and residents are encouraged to personalise them with their own possessions. Many of the bedrooms have en suite facilities for added comfort and convenience.
- MHA aims to bring quality and choice to residents' daily lives, offering person-centred care in which residents make their own decisions on matters such as what to have for a meal or how to pass their time. There is an activity programme that offers everyone the opportunity to socialise, and entertainment from professional performers, local schoolchildren and others.
- We are committed to providing alternative therapies such as reflexology and music therapy to residents, while our Chaplain offers pastoral support to all at Hampton Lodge, whatever their beliefs.
