The role
We are looking for an organised, positive and dedicated individual who has a strong desire to develop their administration skills. You will be working in a management team, assisting with document controlling and general office duties. Preferably you will have some experience within administration, however this is not necessary as full training will be given.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry into the database and other computer systems
  • Filing
  • Recording of registers
  • Keeping records of permits
  • Recording of Sub-contractor hours
  • Organising meeting room schedules
  • Entering records of staff and workforce training attendance
  • Stationery and material ordering

About you:

Qualifications

  • Academically you’ll on course to achieve a 2:2 or above on a business-related programme
  • You should be required to complete a 12-month industrial placement as part of your degree
