Business Administration Assistant

We are looking for an organised, positive and dedicated individual who has a strong desire to develop their administration skills. You will be working in a management team, assisting with document controlling and general office duties. Preferably you will have some experience within administration, however this is not necessary as full training will be given.
- Data entry into the database and other computer systems
- Recording of registers
- Keeping records of permits
- Recording of Sub-contractor hours
- Organising meeting room schedules
- Entering records of staff and workforce training attendance
- Stationery and material ordering
- A social atmosphere where you’ll build relationships throughout the business
