This is a 1 year fixed term maternity cover.


  • Action and fulfil sales orders and enquiries within set quality time scales
  • Keep all sales order records up to date
  • Assist both the leisure sales department and the leisure manager in the day to day running of the leisure business
  • Assist leisure manager in day to day duties
  • Retail and website sales order processing
  • Trade Sales order processing
  • Support sales departments as required
  • Sales telephone calls and email response
  • Maintain accurate sales records
  • Assist in the retail shop, boat shows and exhibitions.
  • Any other tasks associated with the day to day running of the leisure business

About You

  • Must have an excellent telephone manner
  • Experience in customer service, retail sales and/or office environment
  • Good IT Skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Flexibility to respond to particularly busy periods
  • Interpersonal skills
