As an Apprentice on this programme, you’ll help connect our customers to great Sky products, taking pride in everything you do along the way. There’s no need to have any technical or engineering experience, you’ll build up the skills you need as well the knowledge and confidence to offer great service and become a real ambassador for Sky through your apprentice programme.


  • This is a one year programme, after successfully completing the programme you’re guaranteed a permanent role into our Sky family

  • Learn the skills you’ll need to become an engineer before you start the practical part of the course with your role model
  • Assigned a line manager and assessor to support you through your day to day tasks and qualification
  • Every day is different but a typical working pattern will be Monday – Sunday, working 9 hours per day including bank holidays & weekends (this follows a five days on and two days off shift pattern)

About You

  • A minimum of two GCSE grades A*-C  in English and Maths
  • Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
  • Fantastic communication and team working skills
  • A passion and enthusiasm for all things Sky
