A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a successful, growing business based on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon.

This is a varied and central role that requires someone with experience working in a busy accounts function, with strong communication skills and customer focus. Working for a stable and friendly company, you will have the opportunity to develop the role. You must be a car driver due to the location.


  • Credit Control
  • Input Sales and Purchase Invoices
  • Input Cash Received and Paid
  • Reconciliation of Purchase Ledger accounts
  • Expense analysis
  • Bank reconciliation
  • General administrative tasks as required

About You

  • Experience of working in an administrative role within an accounts department.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Computer literate in MS Office, other accounting packages would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task.
  • Quick and accurate data input skills.
  • Team player with a flexible working approach.
