This is a varied and central role that requires someone with experience working in a busy accounts function, with strong communication skills and customer focus. Working for a stable and friendly company, you will have the opportunity to develop the role. You must be a car driver due to the location.
- Credit Control
- Input Sales and Purchase Invoices
- Input Cash Received and Paid
- Reconciliation of Purchase Ledger accounts
- Expense analysis
- Bank reconciliation
- General administrative tasks as required
- Experience of working in an administrative role within an accounts department.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Computer literate in MS Office, other accounting packages would be an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task.
- Quick and accurate data input skills.
- Team player with a flexible working approach.
