BASS Ltd is embarking upon an expansion plan to grow our partnerships Learn to Swim sites in across the UK. We are seeking a unique individual to progress in our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a programming and performance role based in South East of England and one that requires a passionate manager to support and deliver an aggressive growth plan focusing on exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities 

  • Supporting in the roll out of Becky Adlington SwimStars programme nationwide
  • Manage programme metrics and KPI’s to ensure they are excelled and expansion goals are achieved on schedule and within budget
  • Work alongside the Business Development Manager to ensure the operational effectiveness of the NC programme to deliver the highest quality customer journey possible
  • Manage a team of Regional Coordinators on a daily basis
  • Support coordinators in the recruitment of new Learn To Swim teachers and venues in line with the programme expansion plan
  • Manage key relationships with the venue managers and other relevant organisations to maximise the potential and operational excellence of the programme
  • Work with the company’s marketing executive to ensure maximum benefit of all campaigns and share innovative ideas continually
  • Managing a portfolio of venues
  • Dealing with client focused campaigns
  • Liaise with swim teachers to enhance customer journey
  • Manage the delivery of in house and external CPD training
  • Delivering presentations to centre team members and managers to ensure communication and information for both BASS customers and TF team members is current
  • Completing administrative work as required.
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times
  • Problem solving
  • Updating information using in house system
  • Project managing any improvements on the product
  • Act as brand guardian for key accounts
  • Manage stock and distribution and upkeep of teacher, parent, coordinator and swimmer packs

  • You are a natural leader, a person who leads by example and demonstrates good judgement at all times. You will be Swim England Level 2 qualified.
